The present invention relates to an exclusive tram track skeleton assembling device for elastomers controlling a position of a tram rail when installing the tram rail on which a tram or a light rail transit drives. An exclusive tram track skeleton assembling device for elastomers according to an embodiment of the present invention is the exclusive tram track skeleton assembling device for elastomers controlling a position of a tram rail in a rail seating groove formed in a concrete track bed. The exclusive tram track skeleton assembling device for elastomers includes: a supporting plate supporting the lower part of the rail and having height controlling holes penetrated in a vertical direction in both sides and a left-right adjusting unit protruding downward; height adjusting members screw-coupled while standing upright in the height adjusting holes and adjusting a height of the supporting plate; and a left-right adjusting plate screw-coupled in a transverse direction in the left-right adjusting unit to be projected to both sides of the supporting plate, having both ends supported by lateral walls of the rail seating groove, and adjusting a transverse position of the supporting plate. Accordingly, the exclusive tram track skeleton assembling device for elastomers is capable of minutely adjusting the position of the rail and facilitating the position adjustment of the rail and a cant setup.
