The present invention relates to an oil pump which can be conveniently installed as there is no need to install an additional filter since a filter unit is integrally installed on a suction port of a casing forming the oil pump. The filter unit is conveniently installed in the pump to be inserted into a protrusion unit formed on a cover plate to cover a whole area of the suction unit and an auxiliary suction unit formed on the cover plate. The filter unit also can be easily replaced for maintenance. According to the present invention, the oil pump includes: an inner rotor installed on a same axis of a driving shaft to discharge a fluid through a discharge port by pressing the fluid sucked through the suction port of the casing in accordance with rotation of the driving shaft; an outer rotor eccentric on the inner rotor; and the filter unit installed on the suction port of the casing. |
