The present invention relates to a composite measurement apparatus for measuring both energy and environmental pollution. The composite measurement apparatus for measuring both energy and environmental pollution includes an environment sensor in a module form in order to: simultaneously measure and analyze energy consumed in energy consumption equipment and the pollution level of an environmental pollutant and the pollution level of surrounding environment, caused by energy consumption in the energy consumption equipment; and measure the pollution level of environment in accordance with user selections or various installation environments. The composite measurement apparatus for measuring both energy and environmental pollution comprises: an energy measurement sensor unit which measures electric energy consumed in the energy consumption equipment by being installed in the circumference of the power supply line of the energy consumption equipment in different standards or in individual energy consumption equipment; an environment sensor module which measures the pollution level of environmental pollution materials and the pollution level of surrounding environment, caused by energy consumption in the energy consumption equipment and is mounted to be selectively replaced by a user; a main control unit which controls the transmission of data, measured by being connected with the energy measurement sensor unit and the environment sensor module through a circuit, to the outside through an external communications unit in wired and wireless methods; a status display unit which displays the measured data by being connected with the main control unit; and a memory unit which stores data measured in the energy measurement sensor unit and the environment sensor module by being connected with the main control unit.
