The present invention relates to an electrolytic cell cleaning apparatus and, more specifically, to an electrolytic cell cleaning apparatus which cleans the inside of an electrode constituting an electrolytic cell. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the electrolytic cell cleaning apparatus comprises: a cleaning brush cleaning the internal surface of an electrode pipe and a central electrode while moving along the central electrode provided within the electrode pipe constituting the electrolytic cell; and a brush moving unit moving the cleaning brush.
