1. A light emitting device comprising:
a light emitting structure; a substrate disposed on the light emitting structure; and an anti-reflection layer covering side surfaces of the light emitting structure and the substrate, wherein: at least a portion of an upper surface of the substrate is exposed; the substrate comprises an inclined chamfered surface formed at an upper corner thereof, and the anti-reflection layer covers the chamfered surface; and an upper surface of the substrate comprises a convex-concave pattern having protrusions and depressions, the anti-reflection layer fills the depressions of the convex-concave pattern, and the upper surface of the substrate is partially exposed by the protrusions of the convex-concave pattern.
