The present invention relates to a device for fixing a catheter on the surface of the skin. More specifically, the device comprises: a body coming in contact with the surface of the skin and having an opening part; a cover formed to cover the body; and a guide part formed to guide a catheter to the opening part when the cover is closed, and having a fixing means for fixing the catheter to the inner circumferential surface thereof.
