The present invention provides a cation exchange composite membrane comprising a styrene-tert-butyl styrene-based copolymer having a sulfone group represented by chemical formula 1 and nitrile rubber. The cation exchange composite membrane comprising a styrene-tert-butyl styrene-based copolymer having a sulfone group and nitrile rubber has low electric resistance, improves ion exchange capacity, mechanical properties, chemical properties and processability, is very easy to control ion exchange capacity and ion conductivity, and has excellent ion conductivity in comparison with a conventional cation exchange composite membrane. In addition, the present invention is easy to be produced in comparison with a conventional cation exchange composite membrane, and is inexpensive.
