Disclosed are a patient management system, a patient management server, a patient terminal and a patient management method. The patient management system according to the present invention includes: the patient management server which stores patient information including at least one among a terminal identification number, a treating department, a treatment procedure and a diagnosis corresponding to a registered patient; and the patient terminal which is connected to the patient management server via a network and transmits a current status data of the patient to the patient management server. The patient management server provides a process guide to the patient terminal, collects the status data from the patient terminal in response to the provided process guide and provides an informational message about the treatment procedure in response to the collected status data. |
