Disclosed is a system for providing patient-customized information. The system for providing information customized to a patient, according to the present invention, comprises: a server which produces customized exercise information and customized diet information which will be provided for a patient, and edits the information; a biometric information measuring device which measures biometric information of a patient; and a first terminal which receives the biometric information measured by the biometric information measuring device, produces feedback information of the patient on the customized exercise and the diet information, and transmits the feedback information to the server. The server edits the customized exercise and diet information on the basis of the biometric information and the feedback information, and transmits the edited information to the first terminal.
