PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for generating milk foam which is obtained by developing and improving known method and device.SOLUTION: A device for generating milk foam comprises: a pump 1 for feeding milk from a tank 2; an air supply port; and at least one booster element. The booster element is disposed on a downstream side of the pump, and the air supply port is disposed on an upstream side of the booster element. The booster element is formed as a mixing element 8, in which the mixing element has a conduction cross sectional area which is not reduced in a conduction direction, and the conduction cross sectional area is equal to a conduit cross section of a relay conduit disposed between the pump 1 and the mixing element 8 on an inlet side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
