PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for placing a household electrical appliance that a user desires to operate in operation with limited electric power of a storage battery by giving priority to functions of the household electrical appliance if a power failure occurs to an electric power control system.SOLUTION: A communication terminal displays a storage battery remaining amount bar 211 and a power consumption bar 212 on a display 142 based upon information on the remaining amount of a storage battery and information on the power consumption of a household electrical appliance which are received from a controller. The communication terminal displays the power consumption bar 212 larger than the storage battery remaining amount bar 211, and indicates that the remaining amount of the storage battery is not large enough to supply electric power to respective household electrical appliances up to the time specified with power failure end scheduled time 201. The communication terminal receives the designation of whether to restrict an operation of the household electrical appliance through an action at an action reception part 141, and transmits designation details of the user to a controller. The controller restricts the operation of the household electrical appliance according to the designation details of the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
