PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call processing control server controlling the number of calls to fit to the capacity of a subscriber data server.SOLUTION: A call processing control server 20 configuring a call processing control system with a subscriber data server includes: a user registration request transmitter unit 21 which receives a user registration request from an IP terminal to transmit a user registration request signal to the subscriber data server; a registration request restriction unit 22 which restricts the operation of the user registration request transmitter unit 21 a predetermined time, when receiving a congestion error, which occurs when the subscriber data server falls into a congestion state, for a predetermined number within a predetermined period of time; and a congestion error monitoring unit 23 which cancels the restriction to the user registration request transmitter unit 21, when the congestion error is not received in the predetermined time, or when the number of errors, received in a time shorter than the predetermined time, is smaller than a threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
