PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent failure resulting from mechanical and thermal stress on conductive wire.SOLUTION: A coil includes: a first wind part in which wires wound in two steps such that both ends of a conductor wire of flat angular cross-sectional shape are located on the outer periphery thereof; and a second wind part in which wires are wound so as to be displaced in opposite directions to each other along the wind shaft of the coil such that the inside diameter thereof is equal to or larger than the outside diameter of the first wind part. An end of the conductive wire is drawn from the outer periphery of the second wind part, thereby forming a drawn end. An element body is formed in such a manner that a projecting part to be inserted in the wind shaft of the coil and one pair of bottomed magnetic body cores having a slit for drawing the drawn end of the coil onto a mounting surface are mounted on the coil, and a seal is formed from mold resin so as to expose the mounting surface of the one pair of bottomed magnetic cores. The coil is incorporated in the element body such that the wind shaft of the coil is parallel to the mounting surface of the element body. The drawing end of the coil extends on a mounting surface of each magnetic body core and on a surface adjacent to the mounting surface. The drawn end of the coil extending on the surface adjacent to the mounting surface is sealed by mold resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
