PURPOSE:To easily select a function provided in a device by displaying a set screen corresponding to the improtant function among the functions in advance according to a purpose that the device is used. CONSTITUTION:When the desired using purpose is selected by an operator, a display screen is switched according to the using purpose selected on an LCD 71. That means, when filing is selected as the using purpose, a set screen GP for executing set with respect to the most important punch hole function related to the filing is displayed as the first set screen for substantial operation. Then, the display is executed from the set screen corresponding to the important function as for the filing in advance as the second screen, the third screen,... in order according to the operation. When distribution is selected on a, purpose selection screen G1, a set screen GM for executing the set with respect to the most important continuous copying function related to the distribution is displayed as the first set screen. Besides, if the saving of cost is selected, a set screen GR with respect to the both surfaces copying function is displayed as the first set screen. |
