Disclosed is a road illumination dynamic measurement device, in which a gyroscope (1) is provided on a front passenger seat of an engineering detection vehicle (10) for the road illumination measurement, the gyroscope (1) is provided with a stable platform (11), the stable platform (11) is provided with an imaging luminance testing device, the stable platform (11) is of a four-axis stable structure with an anti-creep effect for guaranteeing that the height of a measurement visual axis of the imaging luminance testing device to the ground is 1.5 m, and the measurement axis tilts downward by 1°. The engineering detection vehicle (10) is also provided with an illuminance meter (2), the illuminance meter (2) is provided with a probe (21), the included angle between the line connecting the probe (21) of the illuminance meter (2) with the top of the engineering detection vehicle (10) and a horizontal line is between 20 - 29°, the height of the top of the probe (21) of the illuminance meter (2) to the ground is less than or equal to 200 mm. The engineering detection vehicle (10) is also provided with a satellite distance measuring and positioning device. A control system (30) is mounted in the engineering detection vehicle (10), and the control system (30) is connected to the imaging luminance testing device, the distance measuring and positioning device and the illuminance meter (2). |
