PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reduction in sealability between a case and a screw without projecting the screw to the outside of the case, and to suppress reduction in waterproofness of the case.SOLUTION: A fuel cell apparatus includes a fuel cell body having a plurality of stacked single cells, a case for storing the fuel cell body, and a pin having one end in contact with a part of the fuel cell body to fix the fuel cell body. A through hole piercing from the outside of the case to the inside of the case is provided on the case, the pin is inserted into the through hole, and a seal member is provided on at least a part of an outer peripheral surface. The through hole has a constant inner diameter at a predetermined distance between the inside of the case and the outside of the case, an inner diameter between a section having the constant inner diameter and the outside of the case is larger than the inner diameter of the section having the constant inner diameter, and the other end of the pin is located in the through hole between an end of the case in an outside direction in the section having the constant inner diameter and the outside of the case.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
