The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device which can reduce manufacturing costs, and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the organic light emitting display device comprises: a substrate; an active layer of a thin film transistor, which is formed on the substrate; a gate insulation film formed on the active layer; a gate electrode of the thin film transistor, formed on the gate insulation film, and a first electrode of a capacitor, formed on the same as the gate electrode; an interlayer insulation film which is formed on the gate electrode and the first electrode; a source electrode and a drain electrode formed on the interlayer insulation film; a second electrode of the capacitor, formed on the same layer as the source electrode and the drain electrode; a pixel electrode which includes a first region that comes in direct contact with an upper surface of the interlayer insulation film, and a second region that comes in direct contact with an upper surface of either the source electrode or the drain electrode; a pixel defining film which covers second electrode with the source electrode and the drain electrode, and includes an opening which exposes the first region of the pixel electrode, in a region that is not overlapped with the thin film transistor or the capacitor; an organic light emitting layer formed on the pixel electrode; and an opposite electrode formed on the organic light emitting layer. |
