PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement failure diagnosis of an evaporation passage including a purge pump by placing the evaporation passage including the purge pump under a negative pressure, in an evaporated fuel treatment device in which a purge valve is disposed at an upstream side of the purge flow, and the purge pump is disposed at the downstream side.SOLUTION: A purge passage 29 includes a purge valve 22 opened to open the purge passage 29 in purging, a purge pump 23 disposed at an engine 11 side with respect to the purge valve 22, and generating purge flow from a canister 21 toward the engine 11 in the purge passage 29 in purging, and a check valve 24 disposed at an engine 11 side with respect to the purge pump 23, opened so that the purge flow generated by the purge pump 23 passes therethrough, but closed so that the flow in the opposite direction does not pass therethrough.
