PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a magnetic measuring device capable of reducing manufacturing man-hour and of improving productivity, and further to provide the magnetic measuring device.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a magnetic measuring device 100 measuring a magnetic field includes: a step of disposing an ampoule 20 filled with an alkali metal solid 24 in a reservoir 16 of a gas cell 10 comprising a main chamber 14, the reservoir 16 and a communication hole 15 causing the main chamber 14 and the reservoir 16 to communicate with each other and sealing the main chamber 14, the reservoir 16 and the communication hole 15; and a through hole formation step of forming a through hole 21 to the ampoule 20 by irradiating pulse laser beams 70 to the ampoule 20. A predetermined position where the ampoule 20 is settled is provided to the reservoir 16. In the through hole formation step, the pulse laser beams 70 are irradiated to a plurality of portions of the ampoule 20 with the predetermined position as a reference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
