PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent composition capable of displaying as a food additive mainly containing ethanol and having excellent performance as a detergent.SOLUTION: There is provided a detergent composition containing at least two kinds of surfactants selected from a group consisting of ethanol, glycerine fatty acid ester, sucrose fatty acid ester, sorbitan fatty acid ester, propylene glycol fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester, sodium oleate, lecithin, stearoyl calcium lactate, plant sterol and quillaja saponin and having the ethanol content of 37.88 to 85.70 wt.%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
