PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a utilization rate of a blow molding machine and improve utilization efficiency of a filling processing system.SOLUTION: A blow molding machine 10 molds a resin container from a parison. Rotary wheels 21-25 of a transfer wheel group receive a PET bottle from the blow molding machine 10 and transfer it to the downstream. A first processing device 40 is surrounded by a chamber 42, has a plurality of rotary wheels, and perform filling processing, etc. while rotationally transporting the PET bottle. HOgas generators 51-53 sterilize the inside of the chamber 42. A second processing device 60 is provided independently of the first processing device 40, has a plurality of rotary wheels, and performs filling processing, etc. while rotationally transporting the PET bottle. A first delivery wheel 31 can receive the PET bottle transferred from the rotary wheel 25 and transfer it to the first processing device 40.
