PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a vulcanized rubber composition capable of improving on-ice performance, wet performance and abrasion resistance in a good balance, a vulcanized rubber composition excellent in on-ice performance, wet performance and abrasion resistance and a studless tire using the same for the constitution of a tread.SOLUTION: There are provided a manufacturing method of a vulcanized rubber composition including a process for preparing a master batch containing butadiene rubber and silica, (b) a process for preparing a master batch containing isoprene rubber and silica, (c) a process for mixing the master batch obtained in (a) and the master batch obtained in (b) and a process for vulcanizing the mixture obtained in (c), where the resulting vulcanized rubber composition has a BR phase and an IR phase which are incompatible to each other, predetermined amount of aluminum hydroxide with abundance ratio α of the silica in the predetermined BR phase of 0.3≤α≤0.7 and ratio β of the butadiene rubber of 0.4≤β≤0.8, a predetermined vulcanized rubber composition and a studless tire having a tread constituted by the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
