ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODES

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode is provided to prevent moisture and oxygen from penetrating into the organic light emitting diode and to prevent a current leakage and a short circuit. CONSTITUTION: A driving thin film transistor is formed on a first substrate(101). An organic light emitting diode is formed on the first substrate. A bonding layer(230) is formed in the upper part of the organic light emitting diode. The bonding layer covers the first substrate. A second substrate(102) is attached to the first substrate through the bonding layer.
