According to the present invention, an organic light emitting display device includes a display panel, a data operating circuit, a variation calculating part, and a data compensation part. The display panel includes multiple pixels, and each of the pixels includes an OLED and an operating TFT supplying a pixel current to the OLED. The data operating circuit outputs sensing result values by sensing mobility and a threshold voltage of the operating TFT, targeting the pixels. The variation calculating part calculates a threshold voltage variation and a mobility variation based on the sensing result values. The data compensation part receives a correlation coefficient, indicating a correlation between the deterioration of the OLED and the deterioration of the operating TFT, from a memory, derives an OLED deterioration amount by multiplying the threshold voltage variation by the correlation coefficient, and then compensates for input digital video data by using the threshold voltage variation, the mobility variation, and the OLED deterioration amount. |
