PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve problems that as means for cooling and solidifying heated and molten fat and grease inclusion [roux], means for filling roux in a tray and cooling it requires troublesome steps for recycling a container or its washing treatment and the like, and means for flowing roux on a cooled metallic drum or belt applying cold air to it to perform a continuous cooling and solidification requires large-scale facility such as air conditioners and the like.SOLUTION: To provide a method for cooling and solidifying fat and grease inclusion or its device comprising a cooling or solidifying means capable of supplying fluid-like material such as fat and grease inclusion [roux] to a feeding inlet part 12 at one end part of an elongated hollow cooling frame member 11, storing it in the cooling frame member 11, cooling and solidifying it and taking out the solidified fat and grease inclusion from a discharging port part 13 at the other end of the cooling frame member 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
