Disclosed is a method and system for determining an operational parameter for thermoregulation fluid to be provided for a personal thermoregulation treatment pack (14). The pack (14) includes a thermoregulation zone (16) for at least partially surrounding a treatment zone (26) and for applying a thermal treatment to a user at the treatment zone. The method includes obtaining a first volume indicator, which is indicative of a volume of the treatment zone (26) when occupied by a first user, and determining, from the first volume indicator, a first operational parameter for thermoregulation fluid to be provided for treating the first user. |
