The present invention relates to a universal joint with a waterproof cover, having a waterproof cover blocking penetration of moisture, thereby resolving a problem of derailment and damage due to corrosion of a snap ring. The universal joint with a waterproof cover comprises: a spider, a rotation cap and a snap ring. The spider has a cross shape and has a shaft extended in four directions to be inserted into a coupling hole of a yoke located on a driving shaft and a coupling hole of a yoke located on a driven shaft. The rotation cap is coupled through a bearing to be rotated relative to the outer side of the shaft of the spider. The snap ring has one side surface in contact with the rotation cap so the rotation cap is fixedly inserted into the coupling hole of the yoke and a snap groove formed on the inner circumferential surface of the coupling hole. The waterproof cover covers the coupling hole of the yoke in a state that the shaft of the spider and the rotation cap are inserted into and are coupled to the coupling hole of the yoke, thereby blocking penetration of moisture.
