The offered exercising arrangement for swimmers using the swimming style breast-stroke is characterized in that it consists of three ball floats. The floats 1 and 2 have through-holes. The elastic hose is drawn through said holes, and its ends are fixed together, in order to make the closed loop, which is fastened to the float 3 by plastic tube 5. The attaching section is flexible. The floats 1, 2 and 3 are made of material floating in water (e.g., ethylene vinil acetate, foam plastic, cork and similar materials). The hose 4 is made of flexible soft material. There are defined several variants for use of training device, in particular for swimmers learning to master the breast-stroke, as well as to master motion of legs doing the crawl-stroke or butterfly-stroke, and/or doing exercises in aerobics, including people with special needs. |
