The present invention relates to a system for automatically collecting electronic tax invoice information and connecting enterprise resource planning (ERP) inside a company and a method thereof. The method comprises the following steps of: receiving identification information for national tax service server access from an ERP system; obtaining mining data; obtaining company economic activity difference information; combining the identification information with the company economic activity difference information to generate user information; accessing a national tax service server in accordance with a predetermined time interval by using the user information; determining a period threshold value and a category of electronic tax invoice information in correspondence with the user information; scrapping the electronic tax invoice information in accordance with the determined period threshold value and the determined category; classifying the scrapped electronic tax invoice information in accordance with a reference of at least one of the period threshold value and the category; and transmitting the electronic tax invoice information to the ERP system. Therefore, the method can increase efficiency of collecting the electronic tax invoice information of a company. |
