PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a murine norovirus persistent infection cells.SOLUTION: The murine norovirus persistent infection cells of the invention has cell proliferation ability and maintain viral infection conditions in one year after the passage culture of the cells derived from a mouse infected with murine norovirus. As the example of the murine norovirus persistent infection cells of the invention, MNV-1 persistent-infection cells (MNV-1CC) and MNV-S7 persistent-infection cells (MNV-S7CC) established by vaccinating and infecting RAW264.7 cells with MNV-1 or MNV-S7 and by subsequently performing passage culture are included.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
