PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of producing an exhaust gas purification catalyst including rhodium and nickel as catalytic components and having higher NOx purification performance.SOLUTION: The method for producing an exhaust gas purification catalyst is provided, which includes a reduction step of adding a reducing agent to a mixed solution containing a rhodium ion and a nickel complex ion to produce binary metal particles composed of a solid solution of rhodium and nickel and a supporting step of supporting the resultant binary metal particles on a catalyst carrier.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
