a pair of conductors; a flexible enclosure extruded around said pair of conductors; and a lighting assembly including one or more flexible substrates positioned within said enclosure and populated with a plurality of light circuits, said one or more substrates being spaced from said pair of conductors, said lighting assembly having a plurality of connecting devices for electrically coupling said lighting assembly to said pair of conductors.
