摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the power consumed by battery state monitoring operation of a battery cell in low power consumption mode, while continuing the monitoring of the battery state of battery cell.SOLUTION: A battery monitoring device 100 includes first and second monitoring circuits 111, 112 connected in parallel with a battery cell 11, and monitoring the battery state of the battery cell 11, and a monitoring control section 130 receiving the monitoring result data from the first and second monitoring circuits 111, 112. The monitoring control section 130 controls the first and second monitoring circuits 111, 112 to monitor the battery state of the battery cell 11, when operating in normal operation mode, and controls to monitor the battery state of the battery cell 11 only with the other monitoring circuit 112, when operating in low power consumption mode, by turning power supply to one monitoring circuit 111 off by means of a switch 113. One monitoring circuit 111 transmits the voltage value of the battery cell 11 to the monitoring control section 130, and the other monitoring circuit 112 transmits the determination results of overcharge or overdischarge of the battery cell 11 to the monitoring control section 130.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
