PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extruder for a screw, which has a simple configuration and can easily alter or adjust a shear effect or an extension effect, both being applied to a raw material.SOLUTION: A screw for an extruder comprises: a screw body; a conveyance part provided to the external peripheral face of the screw body and having a flight for conveying a raw material in the axial direction of the screw body; and a passage 62 provided in the screw body. The passage 62 includes a first passage element 63 into which the raw material flows, a second passage element 64 in which the raw material flowing in from the first passage element 63 flows, and a third passage element 65 in which the raw material flowing through the second passage element 64 returns to the external peripheral face of the screw body. The screw body has a rotary shaft, and a plurality of cylindrical bodies 39 inserted on the external peripheral face of the rotary shaft and arranged in the axial direction of the rotary shaft. At least a portion of the conveyance part is formed on the external peripheral face of the cylindrical body 39 adjacent thereto, and the passage 62 is formed inside the cylindrical bodies 39 so as to span through adjacent cylindrical bodies 39.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 |
