A pixel unit, comprising: a pixel defining layer (201) defining a pixel region (2013); a first electrode (202) located in a middle region of the pixel region (2013); an organic light-emitting display device function layer (203) formed in the pixel region (2013) and located on the first electrode (202); and a second electrode (204) formed on the organic light-emitting display device function layer (203), the area of a bottom surface of the organic light-emitting display device function layer (203) being greater than the area of an upper surface of the first electrode (202); the pixel defining layer (201) comprises a first pixel defining portion (2011) and a second pixel defining portion (2012) having a ring structure, an inner side surface of the first pixel defining portion (2011) defining the pixel region (2013), an outer side surface of the second pixel defining portion (2012) contacting the inner side surface of the first pixel defining portion (2011), and the second pixel defining portion (2012) being arranged at a periphery of the first electrode (202).
