An OLED panel and a manufacturing method, a screen printing plate, and a display device. The method comprises: manufacturing an OLED mother board having a supporting adhesive (6) formed between an upper base plate (1) and a lower base plate (2), the supporting adhesive (6) being located below a cutting line; and cutting the OLED mother board along the cutting line so as to obtain an OLED panel. According to the manufacturing method, when a feed wheel cuts the OLED mother board, the upper base plate and the lower base plate of the OLED mother board have small deformation due to support of the supporting adhesive, travelling accuracy of the feed wheel is improved, the distance between the cutting line and a packaging adhesive is greatly reduced, and then the width of a frame of the manufactured OLED panel is far smaller than the width of a frame of an OLED panel manufactured by a conventional manufacturing method. |
