PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine having a substrate case in which labor and time are required for removing a substrate.SOLUTION: A bent piece 871b formed on tip ends of engagement pieces 870a, 870b of a cover body 802 is inserted into an engagement hole 824h of a base body 801, in a state that teh cover body 802 is erected to the base body 801, and in the state, after rotating the cover body 802, the engagement pieces 870a, 870b are further pressed for lodging the cover body 802 to the base body 801 at a non-closed position, then the cover body is slid to an opposite side and the cover body is arranged on a closed position, thereby regulation projections 868a-868d are fitted to regulation grooves 818a-818d, and movement of the cover body 802 to an open direction is regulated, and in this state, by a one-way screw 816, the base body 801 and the cover body 802 are fastened and a seal state is formed.
