PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in an outdoor unit in which a refrigerant pipe and a water pipe are arranged outside of an outdoor unit body, that as temperature difference between the refrigerant pipe and the outside air is large, heat loss from the refrigerant pipe is much.SOLUTION: An outdoor unit has refrigerant pipes 41-43 arranged from a water unit portion 3 to the outside of a heat pump portion 2, and connected to the heat pump portion 2, and water pipes 51-54 arranged from the water unit portion 3 to the outside of the heat pump portion 2, and extended to water pipe connecting portions 20, 21 to which communication pipes from a hot water utilization device are connected. The refrigerant pipes 41-43 and the water pipes 51-54 have parallel parts where they are arranged side by side at the outside of the heat pump portion 2, and in the parallel part, the refrigerant pipes 41-43 are disposed at a heat pump portion 2 side with respect to the water pipes 51-54.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
