The rechargeable power module of the present invention can comprise: a rechargeable battery; a charging circuit; a DC/DC converter; an LDO voltage regulator; and a controller. The charging circuit can provide the rechargeable battery with a charging current based on power resource provided to devices for tests of a first group from an automatic test device. The DC/DC converter can stabilize a first voltage outputted from the rechargeable battery and output as a second voltage. The LDO voltage regulator can control the second voltage and provide a constant voltage to the devices for tests of a second group. The controller can control the charging circuit and the LDO voltage regulator based on the test sequence information signal on the test sequence of the devices for tests and the charging status of the rechargeable battery.
