The present invention relates to a rolling scratcher for cats. More specifically, a scratcher is provided to prevent furniture or wall paper from being damaged by scratch habit of cats and to release stress of the cats. Since a refill roll is inserted inside a case, and height of the refill roll is less than that of the case to form a stepped portion so as to allow an upper section of the case to protrude, paper dust generated when the cat scratches the paper is collected inside the case without blowing to the outside, thereby surroundings are prevented from being dirty. Moreover, the used refill roll can be replaced with a new one. The scratcher for cats includes: the case (2) having a cylindrical shape and an opened upper portion; the refill roll (6) wound in a centric circular shape in the case (2); the stepped portion (4) formed by the protruding upper section of the case. |
