PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply construct a system that collects and provides traffic line information in a facility having multiple floors, at a low cost, and displays the traffic line information as an image in an easily understandable manner.SOLUTION: A plurality of beacons 10 placed at important places 3b to 3i... on collection object floors Fa to Fc in a facility 3 transmit beacon identification information different from one another. A mobile communication apparatus 20 receiving the beacon identification information transmits collection data including the beacon identification information, reception time, and collection object person identification information. A server 30 receives the collection data and stores the data as storage collection data, and creates traffic line information 90 on the basis of the storage collection data in response to a request.
