PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle data recording device and vehicle accident notification device, even after an occurrence of an accident, checking a body state of a driving crewman.SOLUTION: A vehicle data recording device A according to the present invention includes: a body-worn terminal 1 that is worn around a body of a vehicle driver for detecting a vial sign of the vehicle driver; a terminal communication section 21 for receiving a detection result of the body-worn terminal 1; a state determination section 22 for determining whether or not it is a normal state where the vehicle driver feels less stress during the drive, on the basis of a vehicle state; and an event data recorder 23 that, when the state determination section 22 determines that it is the normal state, records the detection result received by the terminal communication section 21 for a predetermined time as normal-time data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
