A pipe cleaning robot according to the present invention to remove foreign substances settling on an inner wall of a pipe from the inner wall of the pipe almost completely includes: a main body inserted into the pipe; a traveling driving part to make the main body travel in the pipe; a pulverizing wheel which is rotated and driven along an inner circumference of the pipe with a center of the pipe as a rotary shaft, and generates crack in the foreign substances attached to the inner wall of the pipe; a cleaning tool to eliminate the foreign substances attached to the inner wall using vibration or ultrasonic waves or by scratching the foreign substances on the wall surface; a rotary driving part to rotate and drive the pulverizing wheel while being supported on the main body; and an absorption part to absorb the foreign substances separated from the inner wall of the pipe. Therefore, the pipe cleaning robot has the effect of being able to improve reliability of cleaning the inside of the pipe even in case the foreign substances has stacked on the inner wall of the pipe for a long time or are hardened.
