PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor having excellent temperature followability and temperature compensation properties.SOLUTION: A temperature sensor includes: an infrared absorption film for absorbing infrared injected from a heat source; a thermo-sensitive element for detection that is disposed in an infrared incidence area on the infrared absorption film to output an electrical signal corresponding to the temperature of the heat source; a thermo-sensitive element for compensation that is disposed in an area where infrared is shielded and bridge-connected to the thermo-sensitive element for detection; and a housing having an opening for introducing infrared that is radiated by the heat source to the infrared absorption film. The thermo-sensitive element for compensation is disposed inside the opening. |
