<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mount with a shrink film, configured to allow a shrunk cylindrical shrink film to be easily opened and to allow a product to be easily inserted into a cylinder of the cylindrical shrink film. <P>SOLUTION: The mount with the shrink film comprises: a mount having at least a front panel and a rear panel; and a cylindrical shrink film inserted between the front panel and the rear panel.
