The present invention relates to a device for diagnosing failures of a high-potential contactor and a low-potential contactor connecting a secondary battery and a load. The device includes: a floating capacitor and a diagnosis resistor which can be connected the floating capacitor in parallel; a first switch unit which turns on or off the connection between one of the inner node and the outer node of the high-potential contactor and the upper node of the diagnosis resistor and the connection between one of the inner node and the outer node of the high-potential contactor and the lower node of the diagnosis resistor to apply a plurality of diagnosis voltages to the diagnosis resistor; a second switch unit which turns on or off the parallel connection between the diagnosis resistor and the floating capacitor; a third switch unit which turns on or off the first connection between the high-potential node and the measurement node of the floating capacitor and the second connection between the low-potential terminal and the ground node of the floating capacitor; and a control unit which controls the first to third switch units to measure the plurality of the diagnosis voltages through the measurement node and the ground node, controls the second switch unit to connect the floating capacitor and the diagnosis resistor in parallel, and controls the third switch unit to turn off the first connection and turn on the second connection to execute a discharge mode to discharge the floating capacitor through the diagnosis resistor and the ground node. |
