The present invention relates to a multilayered ceramic electronic component having a low equivalent serial inductance (ESL) and a high capacity, and a mounting board thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the multilayered ceramic electronic component comprises: first and second electrode plates; and first and second lead units connected to the first and second electrode plates, and including a shape bent to be exposed to one surface of a ceramic main body. The first lead unit is overlapped with the second electrode plate, and the second lead unit includes first and second inner electrodes which are overlapped with the first electrode plate.
