1. A light source device comprising:
a substrate comprising a first surface and a second surface on an opposite side of the first surface; a through hole penetrating the substrate; a plurality of light-emitting elements provided, on the first surface, so as to surround the through hole; a wiring pattern provided on the first surface, the wiring pattern including an anode land and a cathode land each of which is capable of being connected to outside; a first resin dam and a second resin dam provided respectively on an inner side and an outer side of a region in which the light-emitting elements are provided; and a sealing resin sealing the plurality of light-emitting elements and filling a part surrounded by the first resin dam, the first resin dam being provided in a circular ring shape, and the through hole being provided at a center of the circular ring shape of the first resin dam.
