The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of ethylene-vinyl acetate having a melting index of 10 g/10 min or less. More particularly, the manufacturing method of ethylene-vinyl acetate comprises the steps of: packing an ethylene-vinyl acetate resin composition which has 28% or more of vinyl acetate component and includes a ethylene-vinyl acetate resin having an elasticity index of 1.4 or more with a packing bag; and emitting an electron beam of 1 to 25 kGy to the packing bag. According to the present invention, the manufactured ethylene-vinyl acetate comprises high content of vinyl acetate and has excellent physical properties of transparency, elasticity, etc. Thus, the ethylene-vinyl acetate is easy to be processed and has excellent mechanical properties such as a low melting index, thereby being applicable for various industry purposes.
