PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromechanical system capable of obtaining a high quality image inexpensively.SOLUTION: The electromechanical system includes an application voltage generation part 11 which generates a voltage applied to the piezoelectric film of an MEMS scanner 2 and a control part 15 which performs the control of the voltage generated by the application voltage generation part 11. The application voltage generation part 11 includes driving voltage application/generation parts 12 and 13 which apply a driving voltage to the piezoelectric film of the MEMS scanner 2 and a DC voltage generation part 14 which applies a DC constant voltage to the piezoelectric film of the MEMS scanner 2. The control part 15 can switch the turning on and off of voltage output by the driving voltage application/generation parts 12 and 13 and the DC voltage generation part 14 and turns on the application of the DC constant voltage to the piezoelectric film, when the application of the driving voltage to the piezoelectric film of the MEMS scanner 2 is turned off.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
